- A selection may be made based on the information existing in the database about a phone number.
- The text messages can be segmented depending on the action taken in the emails that are sent to the email address which is paired to the phone number. For example, users who clicked on a link or opened a specific newsletter.
- The database may be segmented according to the clicks inserted in text message. For example, a new text message may be sent within 24 hours to a person who clicked on a link in a text message.
Text messages can be used to collect data:
- The replies received by text message can be collected.
- An automatic answer can be sent to report whether the collected response is valid or not. This answer may be provided, for example, if the text message contains a number or not
